# Default Tax Preference

**Step 1:**                                                                                                                                                                                                On the navigation panel, select the "Settings" option.

**Step 2:**                                                                                                                                                                                   Once in settings, access the 'Tax Preset"' tab to see your existing tax presets.

**Step 3:**                                                                                                                                                                                      Within the 'Tax Presets' tab, you can change your default tax preference or add a new preference.

**Step 4:**                                                                                                                                                                                 Now, your default tax preference will be reflected toward invoice items.
