# Assign a contact to the client

Here are the steps to assign a contact from the client:

**Step 1:**                                                                                                                                                                                 Go to the navigation panel and choose the 'Clients' option.

**Step 2:**                                                                                                                                                                                            To access the contacts list of the client, navigate to the "contacts" tab within the client's section.

**Step 3:**                                                                                                                                                                                         Now, choose the contact you want to assign to the client and click on the 'edit' option.

**Step 4:**                                                                                                                                                                                        To assign a contact, all you need to do is include the name of the client in the contact information.&#x20;

**Step 5:**                                                                                                                                                                                                 After entering the client's entity, click on the 'save' button to store the changes.
